Cool Creek Nites Car Club is currently collecting sponsorships for our upcoming car and bike show. The money we raise will go to help purchase a portable defibrillator for public services. Over the past 6 years, we have raised enough money to purchase 7 units for 6 different Fire Departments in Thurston County. We hope to earn enough this year to carry out our goal of earning another unit (approx. $3,500).

     Trophy sponsorship is broken into 3 levels. A $25.00 sponsorship is for the regular clock that is given as an award. A $35.00 sponsorship will get your name on the bigger “neon” clocks that are awarded for some of the higher awards (Police Officers Choice, Presidents Choice and Casino Choice). And finally, for a $45.00 sponsorship – you can sponsors the Peoples Choice or Participants Choice trophies. All sponsors will be mentioned throughout the show as well as during the trophy ceremony. We also are collecting items (pens, key fobs, etc.) for the “goody bags” that are passed out to the first 200 entrants. 

    Finally, we are collecting items for our annual auction and raffle drawings. Some items of the past years have included hats, t-shirts, mugs, car jacks, Craftsman air compressors and many other tools and car themed items. Any donation you help with is 100% tax deductible.
